We’ve been very happy with our purchase as it is a high quality unit with low overhead. The property keeps very cool in the summer with no AC and stays very clean with virtually no dust. In addition, it’s just a few miles away from my house which makes it very convenient. It’s been a pleasant surprise to build a sense of community with the other unit owners who make great neighbors.”
Recommendation: “I’d strongly recommend any self-employed contractor to consider SSUSA to allow you to earn equity while having a space that meets all your needs.”
Favorite Personal Touch: “I elected to invest $4,000 on floor epoxy. I love it and think it was a great way to improve the quality of my site.”

I can fit my 3 vans, portable machines, flood equipment, tools, etc. all in my shop (which is just 1 side 1250 square ft.) Recommendation: “Small business owners should consider purchasing a unit instead of continuing to pay rent. My monthly cost is significantly less than other shops of similar size in Madison. The place is also a lot nicer, and it's a great location for me.”
